What we collect

When you request a Property Assessment or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the property type, its approximate number of tenancies and location, and anything you write in your message.

When you visit the website, analytics tools collect general usage information such as the pages viewed, the device and browser used, how you arrived at the site and, where you tap a phone or email link, that a tap occurred. This information does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss your Property Assessment, and communicate with you about it. We use usage information to understand how the website is performing and to improve it.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which set cookies to distinguish repeat visits from new ones. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the website works without them.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.

Enquiries are delivered to us by email. The website is built and maintained by MP Launch (PRJ Automations Pty Ltd), who host it and operate its enquiry system, and who may see enquiry data while supporting the website. Hosting and email delivery use reputable service providers whose systems may be located outside Australia.

Storage and retention

Enquiry emails are kept in our business email account, and enquiries are also held in the website's enquiry record so we can follow them up. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
